The Economist Intelligence Unit in collaboration with Google has written a whitepaper giving a glimse of what the future holds. The title "from monologue to dialogue" is very apt for the change that all marketing and advertising people are experiencing. Marketing accountability as first demonstrated by the internet is only step one. Technology is changing how content is created, distributed and communicated. Marketers now have the ability to engage and collaborate with their customers.
